About the Role

Join our supportive team and help drive our strategic goal of fostering a thriving workplace. As a key influencer within the People & Culture team, you will lead the P&C partnership in either the Operational or Corporate areas, providing strategic advice, supporting organisational and cultural change, and delivering business-focused solutions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the P&C partnership with relevant business divisions, serving as the primary interface for people and culture matters.
  • Collaborate with Executive and senior leaders to develop and implement tailored people strategies that drive high performance and employee engagement.
  • Build positive, strategic relationships with leaders, managers, and key stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner.
  • Deliver P&C programs and initiatives focused on leadership, performance management, talent management, strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Support effective change management processes, including developing change management plans and consultation processes to maximise employee engagement and performance.
  • Assist managers with end-to-end organisational design, including structural changes, change management planning, consultation, and remuneration.

Qualifications, Certifications, and Licences

  • Degree-level qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, and/or Industrial Relations.

Skills and Experience

  • Significant experience in a senior People & Culture role with strong business partnering skills.
  • Extensive experience in managing and influencing people, including senior leaders, to implement change.
  • Proven ability to resolve difficult employee issues.
  • Ability to build effective networks and relationships with stakeholders at all levels and work collaboratively as part of a small team.
