Our Transmission Team is seeking an experienced tradesperson to join their specialist team. Based at Narellan you will be involved in construction, refurbishment, and maintenance of Protection and Scada schemes in Zone, Transmission substations and the distribution network.

In addition, you may be required to undertake external works through our partners or in other Regions on a need’s basis.

To be successful, you must meet the following criteria:

Essential Requirements

  • Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician
  • Have experience in, or a sound understanding of, the construction and maintenance of Zone and Transmission Substations Protection & Scada schemes
  • Possess highly developed awareness of safety issues relating to work in a HV Substation environment
  • Have proven ability to work effectively in a small team environment
  • Be self-motivated and willing to undertake training as required
  • Class C Drivers Licence

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience working in a HV environment
  • Advanced Diploma of Electrical Engineering
