About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Sales, Admissions and Retention, you will be responsible for supporting Endeavour course admissions along with work processes and flows within the Endeavour Admissions Team. Leading by example, you will manage your own pipeline, connecting with potential students to discuss course options and secure their enrolment.  

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director of Sales, Admissions, and Retention (DSAR) in managing daily processes, monitoring sales development and team performance, and implementing sales tool improvements.
  • Assist in monitoring lead distribution, lead management, course enquiry flow, and train admissions team members in communication and administrative processes.
  • Contribute to achieving enrolment targets, maintaining CRM records, reporting statistical information to management, and advising prospective students.
  • Consult with and assess the suitability of prospective students, supporting them through the admissions process, showcasing campus facilities, and participating in student recruitment events.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of interactions with prospective students for regulatory reporting and compliance, and perform additional duties as required, including evening and weekend tasks.

About you 

  • Study at higher education preferred plus evidence of successful experience in a sales role
  • 3 to 5 years experience in a course adviser role or equivalent experience in other sales based positions. 
  • Results-oriented - strong evidence of personal drive to set goals and deliver results
  • Sales-oriented – a track record of enthusiasm, passionate about products, drive and an ability to ask quality questions to translate interpersonal strengths into sales results
  • Organisational skills – a demonstrated, disciplined approach to time management
  • Communication skills – active listening, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to generate or convert leads through Sales presentations.
  • Ability to build rapport with people on all levels – demonstrated ability to keep constant contact with clients and build strong relationships through innovative ways
  • Experience in a higher education setting preferred
  • Experience in using CRM systems and reporting
