About the role

You will be responsible for assisting the day-to-day operations of the local clinic and campus. This a face-to-face role which incorporates client management, reception/banking duties, student/staff clinic training and inductions, ensuring a safe, supportive, and engaging clinical and campus environment to support the student and staff experience.   

Key Accountabilities

  • Clinic reception and front desk support (as required)
  • Student pre-clinic compliance management (i.e. first aid)
  • Student support and training on Wellnation/clinic systems and reception duties
  • Clinic client booking support
  • Support of campus tours and campus events
  • External contractor liaison (i.e. security, maintenance)
  • Provide administrative campus support to Clinic & Operations Manager
  • Support Clinic & Operations Manager in campus operational tasks, such as WHS inductions
  • Secure document management - archiving management only

 About you

  • Relevant experience in similar customer-focused/administration roles
  • Passion for providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Team player who takes pride in their work and has an innate desire to drive growth and improvement
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to review processes and continually strive for excellence and look at opportunities to improve
  • Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems as required
