About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Reporting Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills and business acumen to provide meaningful insights that drive informed business decisions. You will collaborate with senior staff to utilize statistical analysis, predictive models, and root cause analysis to identify trends and opportunities for performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business problems through data analysis and combine insights with business expertise to inform decisions and actions.
• Collaborate with senior staff to use statistical analysis, predictive models, and root cause analysis to track trends and explore performance improvement opportunities.
• Develop performance dashboards and create queries, reports, and dashboards that provide meaningful business insights to clients.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

• Strong analytical skills with experience in technical tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, SPSS, Excel, etc.
• A related university degree and three years of experience, OR five years of previous field or work management operations experience, OR an equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
• Excellent communication, issue/problem resolution, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong client and vendor relationships.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Operations, Customer Care, and/or Engineering and Asset Management.
• Broad understanding of EGD’s Work Management and Asset systems and business processes.
• Six Sigma certification is an asset.

Working Conditions:

• The candidate will work per current Enbridge protocols, following a hybrid model: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
• Core working hours are between 9 AM and 3 PM.
