WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Act as the Lead coordinator and facilitator for a program focused on initiating a suite of products with predictive analytic capabilities
  • Partner with a set of cross-functional leaders in various roles and business units to compile strong recommendations to progress program initiatives
  • Work closely with the TIL Product Head to ensure the program tracking appropriately with decisions about approaches, priorities, and tradeoffs to stay focused on continuous value creation in the face of constraints, differing opinions, risks and complexity
  • Support a group of Project Managers and Product Owners in successfully achieving their mandates to support timely progression of the Predictive Analytics program
  • Be the expert in understanding strategic drivers to evaluate use cases to support progression of ideas to products
  • Compiling and owning all program artifacts including but not limited to roadmap, execution plan, risk registers, and OKRs
  • Support timely resolution of gaps, conflicts, risks, and issues that arise. Act as a champion of transparency, psychological safety, and create a space for experimentation and innovation
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with program participants in a collaborative and engaging fashion, striving at all times to deliver an amazing product.
  • Serve as the day to day contact for the team on clarification of requirements and support


WHO YOU ARE

Domain expertise:

  • Minimum of 5 years of BA and/or Project/Program Management experience organizing and coordinating multiple products under a common program
  • Deep knowledge of business improvement tools and techniques for product development, including but not limited to roadmap development, process mapping, risk analysis, financial evaluation, and decision tracking
  • Expert on developing targeted Powerpoints for diverse audiences including executives and working teams
  • Intermediate knowledge of AI/ML product development and IIOT solutions. Knowledge and experience developing predictive analytic products would be considered an asset
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and have worked in a co-located, cross-functional Scrum team, working collectively to deliver an outstanding product for end-users
  • Midstream industry knowledge would be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle

  • Able to articulate business requirements and bridge the gap with development teams and business stakeholders
  • Great attention to detail - you notice things that others don't
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically
  • Able to build a sense of trust and rapport that creates a comfortable & effective workplace

Education:

  • Related university degree
  • PMP, CBAP or other Business Analysis certification
