About the Role: 

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Care Operations (CC Ops) Advisor. In this role, you will represent CC Ops by partnering with Enterprise (TIS) to facilitate end-to-end requirements gathering for prioritized system changes or enhancements. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that business needs are accurately captured and communicated for system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with enterprise functional and technical teams to prepare for user acceptance testing.
  • Conduct regression testing for CIS Systems related to CC Ops changes.
  • Establish strong relationships and maintain effective communication with company stakeholders and Customer Care teams.
  • Develop and distribute communications to stakeholders regarding the impacts of system enhancements.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and developers, providing clarification, communication, and support as needed.
  • Take ownership of assigned duties and successfully execute tasks while managing multiple demands simultaneously.
  • Apply problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills to facilitate end-to-end requirements gathering.

Qualifications:

  • A related University degree with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in business or systems analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of TIS systems and solutions.
  • Understanding of technology implementation requirements and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Customer Care Operations and business needs.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and deliver results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including consensus building, negotiation, and facilitation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CBAP Certification or other formally recognized education in business analysis.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.

Physical Requirements:

  • Grasping, kneeling, light–moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirements (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirements, and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods.

Mental Requirements:

  • Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information.
  • Understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions.
  • Organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology.
  • Organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis.
  • Make decisions with moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area.
  • Understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines.
  • Complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda, and basic reports.
  • Communicate with individuals via telephone.
