Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Data Analyst, where you will provide data conversion expertise to the Supply Chain Management (SCM) functional work stream within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program. Your primary focus will be on material item master data, contributing to the design of common business processes and systems aimed at simplifying, standardizing, and automating operations across finance, supply chain, and asset & work management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, analyze, and evaluate material item master data.
- Support data profiling, cleansing, conversion, and testing.
- Recommend and execute enhancements to improve data quality and ensure compliance with data standards.
- Support data readiness tasks to meet project timelines and help resolve data readiness issues.
- Engage with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify deficiencies found during data conversion.
- Support requests for data reports based on business needs.
- Identify opportunities to consolidate master data while ensuring accurate records.
- Collaborate closely with various teams to meet requirements of material item master data conversion.
Qualifications:
- A degree in supply chain management, business, computer science, or equivalent.
- Two or more years’ experience with material item master data is an asset.
- Experience using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle or similar platforms is an asset.
- Experience using data analytics tools such as Power Query, SQL, or Python is an asset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
