Responsibilities:

  • Project Support:
  • Work with the Business System Program Management Office (PMO) to integrate change management and business readiness activities into the project charter.
  • Support business workstream leads in scoping and executing change/business readiness activities related to system integration.
  • Develop and execute a master change management/business readiness plan including stakeholder assessment, engagement, communication, training, coaching, and resistance management.
  • Identify potential gaps or collisions between OCM/BR activities across the tracks and provide mitigation recommendations.
  • Coordinate with Communication and Training subject matter experts to ensure change plans are robust and executed as expected.
  • Change Capability:
  • Develop and share OCM/Business readiness toolkit for workstream leads.
  • Be an active and visible coach to workstream leads who are change sponsors.
  • Coordinate with the Integrated Management Office (IMO) Change Team to ensure strategy and activity alignment.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for the development and delivery of training content.
  • Team Coordination:
  • Track change team activities across multiple workstreams to ensure adherence to project timelines.
  • Maintain the stakeholder impact assessment register capturing change impacts following key decision points.
  • Develop resources for employees and people leaders to support successful change – job aids, FAQs, SharePoint sites, and training.
  • Coordinate logistics for change-related employee engagements such as on-site information sessions and strategic planning meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Must Have:
  • Post-secondary degree in Communications, Business Management, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, Human Resources, or Education.
  • Business analysis experience.
  • 5-7 years of broad business experience.
  • 2 years of experience in Change Management executing change management plans on large projects.
  • Experience with acquisition integration preferred.
  • Strong skills in data analysis methods and reporting techniques.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and under pressure.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Preferred:
  • PROSCI Change Management Certification.
  • Business Analysis Certifications/Qualification.
  • Workday System Implementation Experience.
  • Experience leading a track of work with enterprise-wide impact.
  • Power BI experience supporting metrics deliverables.
  • PMP or Adult Education certifications.
