About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Pipeline Engineer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support across all phases of pipeline projects, ensuring that design, installation, commissioning, and operability/integrity meet regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of technical support for pipeline systems, ensuring seamless operation and compliance.
- Provide oversight for project design, implementation, and documentation, especially for projects executed by third parties.
- Support the system operator by offering technical assurance and addressing operational and maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with the system operator to provide technical support and maintenance for the pipeline system.
- Develop, oversee, and plan the system integrity management system to ensure long-term reliability.
- Create and maintain hydraulic models for the system, facilitating accurate simulations for business development.
- Run initial simulations to support the business development team, confirming results with final designs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive records and documentation systems to ensure compliance and integrity.
- Coordinate project and integrity activities with the Pipeline Operations Team Lead to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in pipeline engineering or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in pipeline systems and integrity management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
