Enbridge is hiring a Enterprise Asset Management OCM Specialist right now—when you apply, Raise will review your application within 48 hours and contact qualified applicants for interviews.  

Qualifications Required:

  • Related university degree and 5-10 plus years’ experience OR equivalent mix of formal education and demonstrated results in planning, developing, and implementing change management activities.
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills: written, verbal, and active listening
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Exemplary organizational skills
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Forward looking with a holistic approach
  • Organized with natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Adobe; SharePoint
  • Management of confidential and sensitive information, with utmost integrity, trust, and privacy.

Nice to Have:

  • Asset Management experience
  • Agile methodology experience

Working Condition:

  • Professional office environment with limited scheduled travel to various field locations in North America (Maximum 3-6 days / quarter)
  • Hybrid office (Work from home Wednesday, Friday)
