Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Project Execution Specialist to join our team. If you have a proven track record of managing multiple technology projects and a strong background in Generative AI projects, Copilot, and Power Platform integrations, we want to hear from you. This role involves managing projects with multiple stakeholders, including Asset Integrity, Asset Management, Gas Control, Operational Compliance, and more, in close collaboration with the IT department. Experience in the pipeline industry and project management certifications are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple technology projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee Generative AI projects, including Copilot and Power Platform integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Continuously seek ways to improve business processes and systems.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven experience with managing Generative AI projects and Power Platform integrations.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Programming experience and database management are a plus.
• Strong background in the pipeline industry is a plus.
• Project Management certification is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
