Responsibilities: 

  • License Management - Monitor and optimize digital workplace technology software licenses and entitlements.
  1. Report compliance levels to Digital Workplace Service Owners
  • Vendor Management - Manage and govern vendors and service providers associated with Digital Workplace services.
  1. Report vendor performance level to Digital Workplace Service Owners.
  • Contract Management - Monitor and optimize digital workplace vendor contracts to ensure proper services and SLAs are in place.
  • Risk Management – Monitor Digital Workplace service risks and ensure proper mitigation treatment in place.
  1. Identify new risks and log in Enbridge risk mgmt. tool
  2. Report on overdue or non-compliant risks to Digital Workplace service owners.
  • Financial Management - Define and manage digital workplace technology budgets, projects and governance processes.
  1. Establish growth and budget projections for digital workplace technology components.
  2. Look for opportunities to optimize spending wherever possible.
  3. Benchmark and report on Digital Workplace spend by service.
  • Partner with technical SMEs, operations and enablement teams to facilitate coordination and alignment.
  • Help organize and coordinate digital workplace steering committee meetings and decisions.
  • Configuration Management - Responsible for the overall accuracy and quality of the Digital Workplace CMDB and Service Catalog;
  • Accountable to ensure all new and existing Digital Workplace Services align to Enterprise and Service Architecture;
  1. Promote and establish business alignment.
  2. Actively participate in technology projects and steering committees, especially where end users are impacted by change.
  3. Support ITIL or IT Operations Management processes, meetings and planning sessions.
  4. Advocate for advanced analytics and automation to streamline efficiencies.
