Job Description:

This role will work collaboratively with the project team to ensure all logistical needs are met. It also requires proactive collaboration and engagement with many stakeholders.

They will lead the coordination and development of plans and integration activities for the Customer Integration track to support the successful integration of the 3 utilities, while limiting disruption and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our core business.

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinates logistics for the various activities in the Customer Integration Program, such as meetings, note taking, workshops logistics etc.
  • Document discussion points and follow-up where necessary to complete missing information.
  • Provide support to Project Manager.
  • Support project leads in proactively tracking risks, analyzing overall impact to project, and collaborate with team to develop and implement mitigation solutions.
  • Analyze and plan for report production and implementation, ensuring compliance with funding agreements as well as internal approvals process and production requirements.
  • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, risk/ issue logs, and other project documentation.

Who You Are:

  • Related university degree and minimum 2+ years’ experience OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience will be considered.
  • Demonstrated experience and strong results managing work in a complex environment.
  • Excellent oral, written & presentation communication skills.
  • Exemplary organizational skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft & Internet office skills required (SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Self-starter; demonstrates initiative.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Management of confidential and sensitive information, with utmost integrity, trust and privacy.

Preferred:

  • Customer service and project management experience is considered asset.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to travel (up to 25%) as needed.

Physical Requirements (Include but are not limited to): Included but not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light–moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Mental Requirements (Both field & office) include but are not limited to: Include but not limited to: Ability to understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
