About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced PR Account Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing PR campaigns for a variety of clients, with a strong focus on digital and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated PR campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
- Draft compelling press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare media reports.
- Manage social media channels for clients, including content creation, community management, and social listening.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on their communications strategies.
- Oversee the work of junior team members.
- Contribute to new business development activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in public relations, with a strong focus on digital and social media.
- Proven track record of successful PR campaign execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong media relations skills and existing media contacts.
- Experience with social media management tools and platforms.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach.
- A passion for the communications industry and a desire to stay ahead of the curve
