Your role

We are the largest Australian manufacturer of bar soaps, liquid bleach and firelighter cubes and looking to expand our manufacturing team in Shepparton, Victoria. 

As a result of business demand, opportunities exist for Continuous Improvement orientated production team members to form part of our Manufacturing team to drive our production systems and deliver quality products to our customers every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily operation of key packing or filling machine centers
  • Engagement and involvement in Lean/ Continuous Improvement project teams
  • Compliance with business Zero harm safety focus
  • Consultation with Production Team Leaders & Maintenance personnel re. machine center performance to standard
  • Daily population of machine center productivity & quality documentation to standards required

Skills & Experience  

  • Previous experience working in a LEAN manufacturing environment
  • Mechanical & learning aptitude
  • Basic understanding in the principles of GMP/ HACCP
  • Team player & ability to troubleshoot processing issues
  • Attention to detail & diligence in production & quality documentation completion
  • Current forklift licence
