Your Role
A highly coveted opportunity, the position of Digital & CRM Manager - NZ will champion digital marketing activities for the Dulux NZ Marketing team. This is a 12 month fixed term contract and the role can be based in either Wellington or Auckland.
Working with DuluxGroup Australia Digital & Data team, IT, Brand Managers, Retail and Trade teams (AU and NZ) this role will work to enable a best in class digital experience and flawless digital campaign launches. It involves working with various stakeholders to facilitate the day to day running of the Dulux NZ brands’ paid and owned digital channels.
This role will provide support in the implementation of best practices for website management, CRM and data optimisation, social media, content, partnerships and search marketing strategies. Digital activities will be focused on improving the overall consumer experience.

Skills and Experience
- Good sound digital experience, both practical and theoretical
- Ability to work with and influence stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand, including senior leaders and the marketing team
- Strong project management skills, including experience with Microsoft Project for Web or similar tools
- Ability to pick things up quickly and move at a fast pace
- Experience working with CRM packages and website hosting platforms, such as HubSpot and Umbraco
- Experience working within a marketing team
- Basic understanding of data and privacy laws
- Experience with data engagement
- Contracting experience or having run their own business, particularly in the digital spac
