About the role
We're looking for a Production Supervisor who is genuinely passionate about supporting and developing their team to drive impactful results. Just as important, it's all about enhancing and implementing efficiency improvement opportunities and ensuring the site manufacturing team delivers on its strategic and operational imperatives.

Our Rocklea manufacturing facility produces some of Australia's most trusted and well known brands. Working with a dedicated team, you will ensure we continue to meet the high standards and delivery the site has been accustomed to.
Responsibilities
- Participate in daily toolbox talks to ensure work areas are focused daily on meeting KPI’s
- Maintain team skills matrix and have development plans in place for each team member
- Write, review and update standard operating procedures as required
- Lead by example with respect to compliance with site safety protocols, policies and procedures
- Conduct regular and meaningful discussions with team members about line performance

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading large teams in a manufacturing (or similar) environment
- Demonstrated experience motivating and influencing others and creating a supportive collloborative environment
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is preferred
- Active listening and clear communication skills
- Computer literate
- Open to a broad range of experience provided required competencies are met
