About the role

We're looking for a Production Supervisor who is passionate about helping your team and the site to drive impactful results. As a member of our team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues. 

Our Rocklea manufacturing facility produces some of Australia's most trusted and well known brands. Working with a dedicated team, you will ensure we continue to meet the high standards and delivery the site has been accustomed to.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in daily toolbox talks to ensure work areas are focused daily on meeting KPI’s  
  • Maintain team skills matrix and have development plans in place for each team member 
  • Write, review and update standard operating procedures as required 
  • Lead by example with respect to compliance with site safety protocols, policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular and meaningful discussions with team members about line performance 

Skills & Experience  

  • Able to motivate and influence others 
  • Active listening and clear communication skills. 
  • Computer literate. 
  • Open to a broad range of experience provided required competencies are met
