Your role
We have an opportunity available for a Finance Analyst to join our Supply Chain Finance team located at our headquarters in Clayton on a 12 month fixed term temporary contract basis.
In this role, you will be a trusted and credible advisor to the manufacturing sites in Australia and New Zealand for Powders, Cabots and PC businesses. You will be responsible for financial inputs, forecasting & budgeting activities, and management reporting for the sites.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Analyst – Supply Chain, you’ll navigate complex entity and reporting structures. You will extract, manipulate and analyse large sets of data and narrate the results that helps drive site performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of all data and information
- Primary Finance contact for our Powers AU, Powders NZ and Cabot's/Protective Coatings manufacturing sites
- Provide the sites with insight and analysis on performance, covering both production metrics and costs / recoveries
- Review site raw material and packaging stock take outcomes
- Provide financial support for all annual stockades and fixed asset audits

Skills & Experience
- Formal qualifications in accounting including CPA or CA
- Demonstrated experience in accounting and financial management field, preferably in the supply chain or manufacturing environment
- Financial modelling and reporting experience
- Experience in SAP and/or other ERPs is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport & influence stakeholders
