About the role

We have a full-time position available within our Craigieburn Paint Spot store for a Salesperson who is enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service, advice and product solutions to our customers.

We are seeking a sales-focused individual who is passionate about customer service and would like to work in a colourful and inspiring workplace. If you are energetic, driven, have a strong work ethic and the ability work Saturdays on a rotating roster then this role is for you. 

Responsibilities

• Providing an exemplary customer experience to all our customers
• Provide product knowledge in the areas of paint and other coatings
• Accurately mix and tint product, including colour matching
• Cash handling / EFTPOS

Skills & Experience

You are confident with people, have great communication skills and can easily build strong relationships with peers, customers and clients. You are able to demonstrate a level of physical ability to work with our paint and other heavy products in store at times.

We provide on the job training on paint products, application and hardware. Most importantly, you’ll have:

• Solution oriented mind set, with the ability to problem solve Customer issues
• A can-do attitude and passion for customer service
• Enjoy building relationships and approaching customers in store
• Have experience in a customer facing role
