Your Role
As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will work in a multi-speed environment with emphasis on planning and executing various large and small projects including digital and non-digital initiatives using Dulux Group Delivery framework which leverages Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies. You will engage with multiple business units and business leads and develop a deep understanding of their products and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing end to end planning and delivery of projects and initiatives including hands-on project management
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across DuluxGroup spanning to senior leadership (ELT) to deliver business outcomes aligned to the business and IT&DE strategy
- Provide strategic input in the delivery space and defining measures of success for projects and programs
- Ensure a customer-centric approach in all projects so that solutions delivered meet customer needs and expectations
- Ensure delivery roadmap creation, planning and execution of projects in the roadmap as per agreed scope, schedule and timelines

Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 15+ years of cumulative experience in project management space (including the role of Senior Project Manager for 10+ years) in different industry sectors leveraging multiple methodologies
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or relevant field
- In-depth knowledge of Hybrid, SAFe, Waterfall and Agile ways of working, processes and principles
- Prior experience integrating with large scale ERP systems, preferably SAP and other ecommerce systems and websites
- Certifications including PMP, Prince2, Leading SAFe (or similar Agile certifications)
- Proven experience in risk, issue management, quality assurance and vendor management and exposure to organisational change management
