About the Role

Fosroc is one of the leading marketer and manufacturer of construction chemicals, decorative concrete solutions and related equipment for the Australian and New Zealand civil engineering, industrial, commercial, infrastructure and residential construction markets.

We have an exciting opportunity in our Fosroc business working across the full life cycle of the project. This is a dynamic role providing you exposure with projects of all sizes.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be the face of product knowledge, advice and expertise when it comes to our three main product segments: repair & grout, waterproofing & sealants, and flooring & coatings. You will be spending a large part of your time building relationships with engineers, contractors and architectural specifiers to enable the writing of quality specifications, ensuring our products are at front of mind when it comes to providing effective, top-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive specification growth and commercial sales across the region
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, specifiers, and designers
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure that projects are specified

Skills & Experience

  • Construction industry experience or similar is preferred but not essential
  • Technical product and specification knowledge
  • A natural relationship builder, you will be capable of interacting with people of various background and levels of technical knowledge, and also confidently presenting in front of an audience from time to time
  • A willingness to learn and continually develop your skills and knowledge
  • You will be technology savvy and have a solid understanding of the Microsoft Office suite, CRM
