About the role

As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be representing our Intergrain brand that is widely available and trusted by DIY, DIFM customers and highly respected in the commercial, architectural, and industrial environments. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for leading teams and projects, using your influencing skills and brand strategies. You will be responsible for strategic brand planning, including architecture and positioning, and ensuring the delivery of positive customer experiences across all touchpoints of the business to deliver value.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a long-term brand strategy
  • Ensure alignment across Sales, Specification, and Marketing on brand/segment strategies
  • Support the NPD agenda to support business growth targets with the delivery of key innovation projects across multiple brands
  • Coach and mentor a Brand Manager and work closely with other business functions
  • Lead market research projects, and help to manage the innovation funnel/horizon
  • Agency and budget management

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in strategic brand management
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial understanding
  • In-depth knowledge of stage & gate processes
  • Experience in B2B/technical product industries is preferable
  • Qualifications in Marketing or similar
