Your Role

As the NSW Operations Manager, you will lead our Revesby site which is home to approx 70 people. You will provide leadership and expertise to the entire site, including distribution. This critical role is responsible for the production, scheduling, dispatch, maintenance and inventory functions at the Revesby site, providing maximum levels of operational efficiency and meeting customers’ requirements for finished products at premium standards. This role sits on the B&D Group Supply Chain Leadership Team.

We are looking to conduct interviews prior to the Christmas break with the process likely to complete in January.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging, mentoring and empowering your team to work cohesively and will ensure they achieve results by giving them a clear vision of business objectives
  • Responsible for the distribution of B&D Doors products throughout NSW
  • Play an active role in the evolution and implementation of the supply chain strategy for B&D Group in Australia
  • Support the evolution and implementation of the maintenance program to increase uptime and throughput rates

Skills & Experience 

  • Collaborative leadership experience within Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain
  • Experience with Industrial Relations and negotiating EA’s
  • Solid experience in safety and quality
  • Experience driving Continuous Improvement projects following LEAN principles
  • Experience with financial reporting and managing budgets including cost savings
