About the role

We are seeking a State Sales Manager to implement and execute the Fosroc business strategy with channel partners, delivering sales targets across NSW/ACT. This role involves managing, developing, and coaching the sales team, building relationships with existing customers, and setting local plans for direct and indirect customers. Additionally, the manager will participate in developing and executing Fosroc’s sales strategies to maximize profitable outcomes in the construction supplies market.

Responsibilities

  • Motivate and engage the team through in-field coaching and personal development
  • Utilize CRM and sales data to drive business growth
  • Execute sales strategies for market expansion and growth across various customer bases
  • Lead the team in managing key accounts and budgets
  • Collaborate with trade-facing units for profitable growth and mentor teams for successful project outcomes

Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in managing sales teams
  • Proven experience in delivering or developing national or state business strategies
  • Passion for developing teams and future talent
  • Experience in managing a variety of stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Exposure to a complex channel sales environment is advantageous
