Your Role
We're looking for an Occupational Health who is passionate about helping others with care. As a member of our team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues. This is a part time role, 20 hours per week and you can choose if this is over 3-5 days.

We are looking to conduct interviews prior to the Christmas break with the process likely to complete in January.
Responsibilities
Manage the RTW process to ensure injured workers return to pre-injury duties by demonstrating care and ensuring cases are managed in accordance with DuluxGroup values and behaviours and relevant legislative requirements.
- Ensure consistent workers' compensation and injury management procedures are in place across all sites
- Provide medical advice to S&S, Occ Health, PCC and (HR) line managers to best manage work and non-work-related injuries
- Liaise with insurance case managers, treaters and GPs to query diagnosis, prognosis and progress
- Monitoring return to work and injury management across assigned businesses
- Provide accurate and current RTW updates during internal and external claim reviews

Skills & Experience
- Experience in RTW and/or claims management
- Preferred Diploma/Degree in WHS, Human Resources, Business, Allied Health
- 3+ years’ experience in injury management and return to work for work-related and non-work related cases
- Practical experience working across multiple workers compensation jurisdictions
- Trained return to work coordinator
