About the Role

The Business Development Manager Accredited Dealer for the B&D Group is a hybrid role involving both account management and business development. This role aims to blend account management and business development tasks with a significant focus on coaching and improving dealer performance.

Responsibilities

  • Create and identify opportunities for our customers to grow and ensure a consistent pipeline of opportunities 
  • Manage dealer networks, including Platinum accredited and independent dealers
  • Coaching mobile showroom consultants
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews, analysing financials and performance
  • Work with independent dealers to ensure they add value to the network
  • Assist dealers with enquiries
  • Understand customer’s financial targets and incorporate within account plans and proposals

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in Sales/Business Development/Account Management preferred but not essential
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience building customer relationships, managing difficult conversations and challenging the status quo to drive growth
  • Experience managing networks
  • Demonstrable ability to learn, achieve targets and deadlines, deal with high level stakeholders and to grow a business
