Your opportunity 

As a Warehouse Assistant at Lincoln Sentry, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operations of our warehouse in Londsdale, SA.

* Working hours 7.30am-4pm (Mon-Thurs) and 7.30am-2pm (Friday).

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for: 

• General warehousing duties – picking & packing orders, inventory controls
• Customer deliveries 
• Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of products and systems 
• Positive attitude and ability to engage in conversations that develop the branch
• Forklift operations
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

What you’ll bring 

To be successful you will be an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude. Your customer centric approach and eye for detail will help you succeed. In addition, you will also possess: 

• Intermediate computer skills – SAP is advantageous
• Prior experience in a trade retail or warehouse would be preferred but not essential
• Current Driver's license & Forklift license
• Knowledge of the cabinetry, fabrication or hardware market will be highly regarded
• Excellent communications skills with a natural ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to work in a fast paced busy warehouse environment
• A good level of physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 20kgs occasionally
