Your role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our Dulux team, playing a pivotal role in the trade painter and specifier segments of the decorative coatings industry. As a key contributor and leader, you will be responsible for driving the sales performance across your region, ensuring the successful delivery of budgets and key financial measures. This exciting position requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, and the ability to execute both state and national sales strategies, encompassing areas such as New Housing, New Construction, Commercial Repaint, and Maintenance.
In addition to driving sales, you will provide leadership and direction in all matters related to Safety & Sustainability (S&S) performance and expectations. You will foster an environment of continuous growth by mentoring and coaching your team to meet performance goals, ensuring all sales force activities align with company objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the regional sales team to deliver sales budgets and financial objectives across multiple market segments.
- Develop and execute the state strategy within the region, ensuring alignment with national sales objectives.
- Mentor, coach, and support the sales team to enhance performance and achieve business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, influencers, and industry players.
- Monitor pricing reports to ensure compliance with Dulux Trade price management guidelines and authorities.

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a strong track record in business development and performance management.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the capacity to effectively present and influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, financial management, and cost control.
- Experience in coaching and developing sales teams to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
