Your role:
We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team in a permanent part-time role (3 days/week) that combines in-store sales with administrative and merchandise support duties. This role offers the perfect balance of flexibility and excitement as you take on both the Sales Executive and Merchandise Support Officer roles. If you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where no two days are the same, this role will keep you on your toes and offer incredible variety, learning, and growth opportunities. You’ll be exposed to multiple facets of the Dulux Group, both locally and across Australia, while working alongside a talented, high-performing team.
As part of this diverse and engaging role, you’ll have the chance to collaborate closely with colleagues, engage with customers in-store, and support a range of office-based administrative tasks. The flexibility of this position allows you to manage your time effectively between fieldwork and office duties, while developing your skills and advancing your career in a supportive, growth-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive state objectives and execute marketing activities in alignment with national goals.
- Serve as the primary communication link between Melbourne and the WA team.
- Manage and grow the Dulux brand portfolio in line with state and national strategies.
- Ensure merchandising standards and optimal product presentation in-store.
- Oversee financial performance and ensure adherence to safety and sustainability standards.
