Your role:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Territory Manager to join our dynamic team at Cabot. Based in the southwest of WA, this role will cover the territory from Rockingham to Margaret River, Dunsborough, and Busselton. As the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a diverse customer base across multiple channels, including Bunnings, paint specialists, and independent hardware stores. You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while also identifying opportunities for growth within the territory.
The role is designed to be flexible, with the position currently structured as a four-day-a-week role, but there is potential for a full-time opportunity for the right candidate. This is an exciting chance to be part of a stable, experienced team with a culture of support, inclusivity, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with existing customers across Bunnings, paint specialists, and independent hardware stores within the southwest WA territory.
- Identify growth opportunities and manage customer accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that all accounts are well-supported and meet their needs.
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure consistent and cohesive communication and service across all channels.
- Provide insights and feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to help drive strategic decisions.

- Proven experience in customer management or sales, with a strong focus on maintaining and growing existing relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of organization, with the ability to plan and manage a territory effectively.
