The Role

You will be responsible for providing an efficient and cost-effective food service, with the smooth day-to-day operation of a commercial kitchen.

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes
• Adhere to all HSE policies, procedures & safe food handling practices.
• Collaborate with a great kitchen crew
• Manage stock and keep the kitchen humming

About You

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

• Previous Sous Chef experience in a similar kitchen environment 
• Cert 3 Commercial Cookery or equivalent
• Experience in electronic purchase ordering and cost management
• Flair to plan and develop menus
• Ability to work within a team and autonomously
• HACCP experience essential
