The Role

Breakfast chef for this busy work stay property catering to 250+ guests

Great work/life balance with this 14/7 roster

Free accommodation and meals

  • Food preparation and presentation
  • Adhere to all HSE policies, procedures & safe food handling practices.
  • Adherence to dietary requirements (allergies, special requests)
  • Management of stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking
  • Maintaining a clean kitchen, equipment and utensils
  • Fast, effective service provided with a smile

About You

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous Chef experience and cooking in a similar environment 
  • Commercial Cookery Cert 3
  • Proven ability to work within a team and autonomously
  • Ability to prep and organise ahead 
  • Current First Aid Certificate is highly desirable
  • HACCP experience essential, with a high emphasis on food hygiene     
  • Current drivers license.
