The Role

Join our dynamic team as a Retail Supervisor, where you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to our guests while driving sales and profitability within our retail operations,

Duties

• lead a small team to provide exceptional service
• drive sales and improve profitability of the department
• receive and sell goods, operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and attempt to upsell
• assist customers with their shopping needs, providing advice and direction
• complete shop opening and closing procedures, including cashing up and balancing
• Coordination of all stock and maintaining stock levels.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in retail management or supervision
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence and ability to engage with all our guests
• Meticulous grooming and presentation standards
• Substantial experience working with customers, meeting and anticipating their needs
• Attention to detail to ensure our very high service standards are maintained

This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at Kings Canyon As such, please consider the reality of living in a remote location for an extended period of time. This role includes extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery
