The Role

Are you passionate about the Red Centre? Kings Canyon Resort (KCR) is looking for enthusiastic Tour Guides to lead guests through one of Australia’s most iconic landscapes. From the dramatic cliffs of Kings Canyon to the fascinating history of Watarrka National Park, you’ll guide visitors on foot, sharing the secrets and stories of this awe-inspiring region.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience guiding walking tours in rugged terrain  
  • Passion for sharing the natural history and cultural significance of the area  
  • Current First Aid Certification 
  • Manual Driver’s License (desirable) NT drivers’ authorisation (desirable)
  • Positive, engaging personality with a love for storytelling

This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at Kings Canyon NT As such, please consider the reality of living in a remote location for an extended period of time. This role includes extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery
