The Role

We’re looking for a passionate Food and Beverage Duty Manager to join our dynamic team on the stunning Rottnest Island. If you thrive in hospitality, love creating memorable guest experiences, and are ready for your next adventure, this could be the perfect role for you!

As the Duty Manager you will be:

  • Overseeing daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating the team to create unforgettable guest experiences.
  • Managing stock, rostering, and maintaining service standards.
  • Problem-solving on the fly to keep things running smoothly.
  • Collaborating with the wider resort team to deliver excellence across the board.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you must have the following knowledge, experience and attributes: 

  • Proven experience in Food & Beverage management or a similar leadership role.
  • A hands-on leader with a passion for creating amazing dining experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • A positive attitude and a love for teamwork.
  • A commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction. 
  • Certified Responsible Service of Alcohol.
  • Approved Manager preferred.
  • A current valid driver’s licence is essential.

This role may involve extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery.
