The Role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor at Pinky's Beach Club on Rottnest Island ensures smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences. Responsible for overseeing and training the Front of House team, this role focuses on maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency, all while creating a positive team environment and delivering memorable dining experiences in our beautiful island setting.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of Pinky's Beach Club, maintaining a superior guest focus at all times.
  • Supervise, train, and coordinate the work of Food & Beverage attendants, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Lead by example, fostering a positive and motivated team culture.
  • Implement and maintain service standards to enhance both guest satisfaction and team performance.
  • Assist in scheduling, staffing, and managing daily operations to ensure seamless service.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within Food & Beverage, ideally in a restaurant or resort setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and motivating a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
  • Current Drivers’ license essential
