The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Chef De Partie to support our culinary team in delivering top class dining for our Guests.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Assist the Head and Sous Chefs in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes.
- Prepare and present dishes with consistency and excellence.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient execution of service.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

About You
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
- Experience as Chef De Partie in a fast-paced, large scale kitchen
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- Food Handling Supervisor certificate
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- The ability to thrive under pressure and multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster a positive team culture
- Flexibility to work throughout the entire week including weekends and public holidays
- Experience working in remote locations would be advantageous
