The Role

As this opportunity is ongoing, to be considered for the position your working rights in one location must extend to a period beyond 6 months.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the front office team.
  • Support and develop the front office team, fostering a positive team culture
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Provide an exceptional guest experience
  • Processing guest arrivals and departures
  • Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
  • Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
  • Supply guests information regarding property and local areas of interest
  • Completing the day-to-day office administration
  • Maintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guests
  • Operate a roster over a 7 day period including being on-call 3 -4 nights per week

What we look for

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in a resort front office management role
  • Experience leading and developing Teams
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly motivated and able to work collaboratively within a team
  • Superior organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly proficient in Excel.
  • Proficient experience in RMS
  • Night audit function experience
  • Flexibility to be on call for the specified number of nights
  • Previous experience working remotely advantageous
