The Role

We are looking for a Houseperson to join our team at Kings Canyon Resort. This role is perfect for someone who values cleanliness and organization while enhancing our guests' outback experience. Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and maintaining the campground and public areas.
• Assisting Housekeeping staff promptly.
• Prioritizing and completing tasks efficiently.
• Delivering linen and amenities to guest rooms.
• Performing project cleaning tasks.
• Managing inventory and stock control.
• Moving furniture and equipment as needed.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a similar position
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
• A fun, energetic, hardworking and lively personality
• A love for the great outdoors and yearning to explore outback Australia
• Hotel/Resort experience will be highly regarded
• Flexibility to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays 
• A current valid manual drivers license is essential

This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at Kings Canyon Resort. As such, please consider the reality of living in a remote location for an extended period of time. This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
