The Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests in our various dining outlets. Your duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Assist with setting up and packing down dining areas
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• A positive and proactive attitude
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is essential

This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at Kings Canyon Resort. As such, please consider the reality of living in a remote location for an extended period of time. This role includes extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery
