The Role

We’re searching for an energetic, people-focused Food & Beverage Manager to lead our vibrant hospitality team. From managing our celebrated bar and restaurant to creating unforgettable guest experiences, this is your chance to make a splash—literally!

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring every plate and drink wows our guests.
  • Lead, inspire, and grow a passionate team.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen crew to craft menus and specials that keep guests coming back for more.
  • Keep service running like clockwork while maintaining that laid-back Kimberley vibe.
  • Manage stock, budgets, and service standards like a pro.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing food and beverage operations (bonus points if it’s in remote or resort settings!).

This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at Lake Argyle. As such, please consider the reality of living in a remote location for an extended period of time.
