The Role

Looking for a job that’s more river than desk? We’re after a skilled Coxswain to join the team at Triple J Tours in Kununurra, Western Australia. This is a seasonal full-time role operating our iconic Ord River cruise experiences.

As a Skipper with Triple J Tours, you’ll navigate iconic waterways like the Ord River, offering guests an unforgettable experience on our scenic cruises. From safety checks to storytelling, you’ll bring the magic of the Kimberley to life for our guests.

What You’ll Bring

• A current Coxswain Grade 1 NC licence
• WA PTD (Passenger Transport Driver) authorisation
• A calm and capable attitude – safety always comes first
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Previous tour experience (ideal but not essential if you’re great with people)

This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at Triple J. As such, please consider the reality of living in a remote location for an extended period of time. This role includes extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery
