Chef De Partie

We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Wilpena Pound Discovery Resort in the Flinders Ranges.

This is more than another casual chef role. You'll earn $30–$40 per hour plus applicable penalty rates, with accommodation and meals provided, while living onsite and building your experience in a unique resort environment.

What you'll be doing

As Chef de Partie, you'll be a key part of the kitchen team, helping deliver consistently great food and memorable experiences for our guests.

You'll be:

• Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes
• Taking ownership of your section during preparation and service
• Working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
• Keeping your section organised, clean and ready for service
• Supporting efficient preparation and smooth service during busy periods

What you'll bring

We're looking for a chef who knows their way around a commercial kitchen and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.

You'll ideally bring:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced chef in a commercial kitchen
• Commercial cookery qualifications or equivalent experience
• Confidence running your own section
• The ability to stay organised and composed during busy services
• A positive attitude and genuine willingness to contribute to the wider team
• The flexibility required for hospitality shifts, including weekends and public holidays
