The Role

An opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Receptionist. Experience the Kimberley in one of Australia’s most unique and untouched locations. From April to October, El Questro’s three unique resorts, being Emma Gorge, The Station Township and The Homestead offer a diverse range of accommodation, dining and natural attractions to guests from all walks of life.

Duties

• Liaising with various resort departments to ensure our guests experience the most memorable of experiences and the very highest levels of service
• Coordinating guest arrivals & departures
• Assisting in booking guest tours and accommodation 
• A flexible attitude to the work roster, including weekends and public holidays

Skills & Experience

• Previous resort front office experience
• Guest and team focus
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly motivated and able to work collaboratively within a team
• Superior organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly proficient in Excel
• Proficient experience in NewBook and Rezdy (highly regarded).

This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at El Questro. As such, please consider the reality of living in a remote location for an extended period of time.
