The Role

As the Food and Beverage Duty Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of Pinky's Beach Club, ensuring that our guests enjoy an outstanding dining experience. You’ll collaborate closely with the kitchen team, bar staff, and front-of-house team to ensure every aspect of the restaurant runs efficiently.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and financial reporting.
  • Manage and lead the Front of House team, ensuring all Food & Beverage attendants are trained, motivated, and delivering top-tier customer service.
  • Maintain and implement strategies with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, ensuring a welcoming and superior experience for all visitors.
  • Assist in menu development and pricing strategies.
  • Work a flexible roster over 7 days, including after-hours on-call.

As this opportunity is ongoing, to be considered for the position your working rights at one location must extend to a period beyond 6 months.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a similar Food & Beverage management role, ideally within a resort or beach club setting.
  • Holds a WA Approved Manager Card.
  • Function experience is desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining a calm and positive demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and irregular hours as required.
  • Current Drivers’ license essential.
