The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Full Time Indigenous Relationship Coordinator to join our team at the stunning El Questro resort in the Kimberley region. This role is essential in fostering and maintaining long-term positive relationships between El Questro Management, native title holders, and the Wilinggin Aboriginal Corporation (WAC). You will ensure that all obligations under the El Questro Native Title Agreement are met, while supporting and advising the General Manager on enhancing Aboriginal participation and community relationships.

Skills & Experience

  • First and foremost, you pride yourself on your ability to build and maintain strong relationships using your engaging and empathetic nature.
  • You will have a knack for contract interpretation and experience leading organisational change.
  • Knowledge of an Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) will be beneficial.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining strong relationships with Aboriginal people, supported by a deep understanding of Aboriginal cultures, languages, and histories, and strong communication skills and expertise in organisational systems that enhance Aboriginal engagement and collaboration.
  • An admiration for living in a remote, natural environment and have a love for the great outdoors.
