The Role

We’re looking for a Host – Luxury Guest Experience to become the heartbeat of our Homestead, a special and intimate place. Someone who leads with warmth and intuition, who understands that luxury is in the detail, and who thrives in an environment where no two days are the same.

This is a hands-on leadership role that blends the grace of high-end hospitality with the grit required to operate in a remote, ever-changing landscape. The Homestead has 10 luxury guest rooms, so you’ll guide the daily rhythm coordinating guest experiences, supporting a small, dedicated team, and ensuring each guest’s stay feels personal and unforgettable.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in luxury lodges, resorts, or boutique hospitality
• A refined, guest-first approach with an eye for detail
• The confidence to lead and support a small high-performing team
• A calm presence, adaptability, and a ‘no job too small’ mindset
• A deep appreciation for nature, remoteness, and the extraordinary

This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at El Questro. As such, please consider the reality of living in a remote location for an extended period of time. This role includes extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery
