The Role

The Front Office Duty Manager will lead and inspire a dynamic team, overseeing front desk operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure seamless service at every touchpoint.

Your duties include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, guest services, and reservations.
  • Train, mentor, and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Streamline operations by implementing effective policies and procedures.
  • Optimize room rates and availability to maximize revenue and occupancy.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping and maintenance for seamless guest experiences.
  • Handle financial transactions, billing, and cash management with precision.

Skills & Experience

  • 2-3 years experience as a Hotel Supervisor or Duty Manager/Night Auditor
  • An understanding or background in Accounts combined with other experience within the hospitality industry is highly advantageous
  • Strong computer skills with experience with RMS or similar reservations systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Attention to detail

  • Exceptional personal presentation standards
