We are seeking candidates with a passion to learn and quickly gain a keen understanding of our geographically diverse properties. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong understanding of trade distribution channels are a must. The ideal candidate would have sales experience, with an ability to build relationships with our guests and trade partners.

About the Role

The role is responsible for all responding to all booking enquiries including direct guests, trade bookings and group reservations. These booking will range for budget offerings to high-end, all-inclusive experiences.

Key responsibilities of role include -

  • Creating bookings in a timely and accurate manner, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of enquiries, always delivering the highest level of customer service.
  • Ability to build successful relationships with guests, trade partners, service providers and key stakeholders both internal and external to the business.
  • A team player that actively contributes to the team and collaboratively works with their colleagues to complete tasks and meet goals.
  • Self-motivated to develop and maintain knowledge of all properties, contracted inventory, and key trade partners.
  • Confidently upselling and cross-selling inventory and properties.
  • Ability to meet and exceed KPI’s and team targets

Skills & Experience

To be successful in the role you will -

  • A knowledge of the trade distribution network would be an advantage
  • Previous experience working in sales/customer service
  • Experience in working towards key performance indicators
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly and professional phone manner and precise email correspondence 
  • Can do attitude with ability to use initiative
  • Technologically savvy with the ability to operate multiple programs in conjunction with one another
